One of Akumen's feedback-analysis deployments. Versioned lenses tag free-text feedback for emotion, sentiment and themes, and a Python rules engine applies them to incoming responses. Lens changes go out through a middleware deploy step, so each version can be tested, migrated and retired cleanly.
